Webcastia offers professional on-site camera crews to clients that wish to
present the highest level of quality to their webcast viewers. Our camera
crew includes professional cameras with operators, A/V control with video
switching, direction and script creation, Internet encoding, event archiving,
video - audio syncing, portable to any location in the world that has Internet
connection.
Camera Crew Fees
Our portable broadcast system is rented by the day and our camera crews
are rented in 4 hour blocks.
The Portable broadcast system that includes; Encoding PC/s, Video Mixing
system, audio mixing system, A/V sync up equipment, telex communication
system, camera cabling, internet connection cables and routers and the
A/V Control Technician. Time includes
2 hours of setup and 1 hour of clean up.

Add $400 for show script creation (not required). We are
also capable of recording B-Tapes, add $50 per camera rental (4 hours) for these
tapes.
Camera Settings
We use professional cameras that can handle 16:9 or 4:3 screens with
24 or 30p. B-Tapes can be recorded in HD. Encoding content for
the web or file are recorded in standard def.
Encoding Service Only (no cam crew)
This service includes video/audio sync and the encoding to the
internet. We charge $600 for 4 hours of encoding. We can encode using
the Microsoft and/or Flash encoders. Add $200 if you want us to encode
using both encoders.
Venue (event location) Internet connection: The client is responsible for
providing the Internet connection needed to stream to the webcast servers. For
a high resolution webcast, 1 meg of up speed is required. We can work with less,
but it is not reccommeded.
Travel Expenses: Travel expenses are required for events ouside of the
Los Anageles, CA area, or for events that last more than one day. These expenses
are quoted on a per event basis.
Post Production Work if requested, is quoted on an
individual basis.
Refund of Fees: On-site camera fees that are collected prior to an event may be refunded if the event is cancelled and the client notifies Webcastia 2 weeks prior to the event. Webcastia reserves the right to retain a portion of the fees as determined by Webcastia for out of pocket expenses and loss of business due to the hold on the broadcast date and time.
Live webcasts are not post produced and we can only capture what is live. We can not guarantee that the webcast captures everything you feel should be on the webcast and we do not refund clients if they are unhappy with the content. Webcastia employs a professional on-site camera crew and we give our best to present the highest quality webcast to our clients.
