Ticket Gateway The portal service provides you with a ticket purchase gateway in which viewers may purchase access. After credit card approval, they are issued a viewing ticket code and notified via email of their ticket details. Upon viewing a stream, they are prompted to enter their ticket code which we authenticate. When viewing a stream we track their access by the minute. The viewer license is a single computer license meaning that they can only watch the stream on one computer at any given time. they can move to different computers but only watch on a single computer at any given time. If they give their ticket code to other people, they will be kicked from viewing if another person uses their ticket code. Authentication Viewers are tracked by the minute as they watch your content. As they log into a stream, we authenticate they access to the content, if they are within the date frame for viewing, and if they still have viewing minutes left. When they run out of viewing minutes, they are removed from the viewing screen and prompted to purchase additional time. Viewer are able to access their viewing statistics with detailed purchase and viewing logs. |
