Webcastia offers Event Control and Live Support services to our
PPV clients.
Hover Support Event Control includes the monitoring of essential components to ensure
viewers receive uninterrrupted service. Our control center has direct
contact with the venue encoding team, the CDN and DRM providers before and
during the live event. Upon interruption or poor service identified by our
team or viewers, event control works fast, communicating with the essential
components to resolve the issue/s. The control center is also capable of sending
viewers to stand by screens if needed.
Viewer Support We also provide live viewer support to assist viewers who are experiencing
difficulties watching the event. This service must be purchased with the
Event Control Service.
