Live Support Services

The Admin Console of the PPV Portal Service includes a Live Support Manager for your viewers. You (or your support staff) can monitor mulitple live events and place such events on standby mode if needed, with custom messages. You can also stop the per minute viewing timer if the event goes into "overtime". You also have the ability to send the viewing screen messages. The Live Support Mananger also allows you to lookup ticket details, add more time to a viewer account, change a ticket's status (active, suspended), and issue credits for viewers that are experiencing technical difficulties.

You can access the Live Support Manager from any browser capable cell phone to change the standby mode, custom viewing messages and stop the timer.

Hover and Support

We also provide a Hover support service for you and your support staff to answer "Level 2" questions, and we can handle your Live Support Manager is desired.

Quick Support System

Viewers can access the portal "Quick Support" system that runs them through self-help screens before sending support an request for help.

Live Support Ticketing System

Once the viewer moves through the Quick Support System, they can submit a help ticket that is managed through your admin control, manned by you or us.
